Villanova Veterinary Hospital remains open, with a few slight changes.
We always try to take clients and patients directly to exam rooms to avoid unnecessary stress, and we are scheduling even more carefully to minimize close contact between our clients. Therefore, we are:
1) Scheduling longer appointments to sanitize common surfaces [for humans] after every visit, on top of our standard cleaning routine for patients.
2) Requiring all clients arrive on time for appointments to maintain this flow. If you are late we will ask you to reschedule.
We are also requiring clients with a fever or cough to reschedule standard wellness exams. If both you and your pet are feeling poorly, please let us know so we can help find a solution.
Our online store is able to ship to your home many frequently dispensed prescriptions and foods (both prescription and standard). If you have any difficulty setting up an account or ordering, please call the support number at 844-654-6876.
We have offered employees the option of staying home which may result in abbreviated office hours. If this happens, we will update our hours on our google business page, website, and Facebook and Instagram accounts (/villanovavet).
