Rules & Regs:
* Masks must be worn in our hospital. If you choose not to wear a mask, we are still offering curbside appointments and we’re happy to bring in your pet for their exam.
* Only one person is permitted inside per appointment.
* The following services remain curbside only: Technician appointments, food and medication pickups, check ins/outs for anesthetic procedures (like surgeries and dental cleanings), and drop off appointments.
* Upon arrival, call to check in. A VVH team member will ask if you prefer in-person or curbside. If you opt to enter the building, we will ensure an exam room is ready and a technician will meet you at the front door to escort you and your pet directly to the room.

While inside, remain 6 feet apart from others. Please do not use retractable leashes! If that is all you have, a 6’ leash will be provided for your use.
